About me: I enjoy baking and using my creative side to make someone’s day special or just to provide a heavenly treat! My passion has increased as I learn more about different techniques, equipment and recipes. In my bakery I attempt to balance taste and looks. Since you can have a fantastic work of art but when you bite into it, the taste didn’t rise to the occasion of Wow. The combinations are endless to make the perfect sweet taste for the right occasion.
Never Satisfied to rest on what I have done in the past but always looking to expand. Customers bring me their idea’s that I aim to bring to life for their enjoyment. Customizing questions from kind, frosting sweetness, flavor and many other aspects designed to insure the right look & taste for the occasion.
My success is complete when you experience Joy for your celebration. It’s the personal touch that can make all the difference in the world. The “you are special” that everyone is looking for but in this world of Big box stores we are losing and it is a passion of mine to keep the small-town bakery in tack.
